Last night we took the family to “Wicked!” The celebrated Broadway musical has made it’s way to our tiny pebble and even has a lottery for people wanting the coveted tickets.
It was amazing.
(Except for my supposedly great seat choices. We were all moving this way and that because I think everyone in the row in front of us was over 5’9″ and we are all vertically challenged…) My five year old is begging me to see every play and musical that comes to town. Hamlet is playing at the Rep and he even wants to go see that.
I adore Gregory Maguire’s books. They are amazingly… well, wicked? Very twisted and enchanting. Painful and beautiful stories. I was really wondering how Wicked (the book)

Jenna, I know it was expensive! I ended up getting season tix to the Broadway series because it made it about $15+ cheaper a ticket. The symphony is MUCH cheaper. (Kids are even free with adults now!)
I've never seen it, but I've only heard good things about it.
